The newest addition to One Life’s professional team is Elizabeth Brunner, a provisional registered psychologist who specializes in supporting clients with concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, stress, and parenting. Accepting, compassionate, and client-centred, Elizabeth aims to cultivate a safe space for clients to explore themselves and heal deeply. Her approach is guided by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR (trauma-focused therapy), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and more.
