Rates & Insurance

Sessions with our psychologists are covered by most private health insurance providers. You will receive a same-day email with a copy of your receipt to submit to your insurance provider for a quick payout. We offer direct billing for Alberta Blue Cross and GreenShield.

Payment is processed remotely. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex, as well as Visa debit and Mastercard debit. If you find yourself temporarily unable to use your payment card, we accept e-transfer.

Payment is due upon completion of services, with the exception of e-transfer payment which is due 48-hours in advance.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show will result in charges:
 - First occurrence: 50% of the fee for a 60-minute session, regardless of session duration 
 - Subsequent occurrences: 100% of the fee for a 60-minute session

If feeling symptomatic but well enough, we can switch an in-person appointment to video. 

No fee for late cancellation due to illness or a genuine emergency.
