Your first appointment is a discovery session where you talk about your goals, your challenges and you ask us any questions you might have about the process. Our psychotherapists will then let you know the course of treatment that they plan to take in therapy and coaching with you.
We encourage you to bring a journal with any questions and thoughts for your first appointment.

Our standard fees are aligned with the recommended fee schedule from the Psychologist’s Association of Alberta. However, we offer the added value of 60-minute sessions in contrast to the recommended 50-minute session for this fee.
